Here’s a Topic for you. Top 5 things I hate about Air Asia.
Number 5 on my list is I hate the fact that you have to walk to the furthest gate of the Airport to leave the country, no matter where you are in the world, whether you are departing or arriving. It is just very annoying that you have to walk so far, after a long time in an airplane and having to walk to the gate, not to mention walking on the hot tarmac at the LCCT airport (Malaysia).
Number 4 on the List is the flight delays. Every time we go on a holiday and decide to take AirAsia to somewhere near like Singapore or Malaysia, there's always a delay either arriving the destination or trying to leave the country, because the plane is never on schedule. Out of 5 flights lets say about 3 of them are always late, and this is another problem other passengers complain about too. And another thing is once the delayed planes arrive, it takes them about 20-30 minutes for them to inspect the plane and then it goes off flying again.
Number 3, I hate how the journey to the destination is always very bumpy and not smooth. Its like there are potholes in the sky, Unlike the other airlines like Garuda or Singapore airlines. When the plane is descending it feels like your ears are about to explode. It's the same feeling you get when you descend too quickly when scuba diving. It hurts a lot and AirAsia should control this to maintain the passengers safety.
Number 2 on my list is the Landing, the landing on AirAsia feels like the pilot had no training whatsoever. There was this one flight where the plane felt like it had no brakes so they had to press it harder and it turned out he had pressed it too much and our bodies acted as if we were rag dolls and were sling shotted to the back of the passengers seat it front.
The Number 1 thing i hate the most is the fact that we have to be mindful about how much we carry in our luggage. Whenever we fly AirAsia we always end up having to pay for over weight baggage and it cost a bomb. It costs around 9 dollars a kilo and one time we were 14 kilos too heavy. I feel that AirAsia ha lost its point of being a low cost airline. With all the hidden cost like food and baggage it is probably the same as using Garuda which is better. That is the final reason why my family think 10 times before flying with AirAsia.

Good job! Yeah I totally agree Air Asia really is a frustrating flight. Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeletei agree completely. they do this cause they are a new budget airline
ReplyDeleteWell done Ryan, funny topic and going by the responses, you're not alone in your thoughts on Air Asia. You know when they first started I think they were much better, but now they have the market cornered they're not so good.
ReplyDeleteYeah I think so too (even though I go on Air Asia every time I go to Singapore). Your writing is really sophisticated and well organized. Nice job!
